Young Medical Impact (YMI) is a youth-led global nonprofit initiative that empowers young people to improve health through education, research, leadership, and community service.
Many young people are passionate about healthcare but lack opportunities to publish their work, gain leadership experience, and contribute to meaningful health initiatives. YMI was created to provide those opportunities while promoting accessible, evidence-based health education.
Anyone ages 13 to 23, regardless of educational background. YMI is open worldwide.
